Dave Koz was born on March 27, 1963 in Los Angeles, California, USA. He is an actor and composer, known for Action Jackson (1988), Deep Cover (1992) and Folks! (1992).

Graduated from William Howard Taft High School, Woodland Hills, Los Angeles, CA.

Born and raised Jewish.

(4/04) Came out as gay in "The Advocate Magazine".

(9/22/09) Received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Brother of composer/music production company owner Jeff Koz.
