- Jude Herrera is a classically trained American actress. She made her on-screen debut playing a Deaf, romantic youth in "Blue Rodeo" (CBS Television), starring with Ann-Margret and Kris Kristofferson for director Peter Werner. Herrera began formal dance training at a very young age and was introduced to acting by her middle school English teacher who also ran the drama club. She is of Roman Catholic, Spanish, and American descent. Herrera was born in central New Mexico to her mother, a beloved kindergarten teacher and former Franciscan nun, and her maternal grandparents. She is a graduate of a private performing arts conservatory in Manhattan.
