Biography

Matthew M. Meyer is known for The Devil's Keep (1995), Magic Man (2010) and Chameleon (1998).

Met close friend and filmmaker, Eric Stanze, while both attended Jefferson College, a community college in Jefferson County MO. Their first class together was an honors class covering the works of Shakespeare.

Acquired the nickname, Matt "Bug", when he founded DIY punk-pop band, Ded Bugs, with his best friends, Jeff "Devulheyd" Bergeron and David "D-A-V-E" Midgett in 1989. Ded Bugs were modestly successful releasing five albums, touring globally and winning St. Louis' 2001 SLAMMY Award for "Best Punk Band.".

Owns and operates IBC Shadows Music, a St. Louis-based record label focused on developing young music artists.
